My commitment comes from decades of hands-on experience. I’ve been building my whole life, working in the trades from Year 9, from pouring concrete to plumbing. This foundation taught me exactly how a quality home is put together, allowing me to spot problems and potential immediately for you.
But to truly understand investment, I needed more. I went back to complete my schooling with my HSC, then sharpened my knowledge with a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma in Self-Managed Super, and a Degree in Town Planning. This unique blend lets me look at any property and know instantly if it's the right asset for your money and your future.
When you work with me, you get my hands-on expertise (builder, plumber, town planner). I will always see what others miss. I also spent 6 years teaching building instruction at TAFE. I know what a quality build looks like from the inside out. You'll have my on-site intuition where, within two seconds, I can kind of figure out a property's true quality.
As a trained Town Planner, I understand the true value of land, zoning, and infrastructure. My focus is finding high-quality, existing homes on decent-sized blocks, close to all the essential amenities families and tenants demand. I will steer you away from new developments that I know will be problems down the line, ensuring your investment has genuine long-term appeal.
My strategy is built on identifying properties with the fundamental markers for strong capital growth. We target properties with a strong historic trend of doubling in value. The old rule of thumb was seven years, but some client properties have doubled faster. My business is built on client referrals, not marketing spend that’s the only proof of results I care about.
